UPDATE: Tuesday, September 12 

The aftermath of Hurricane Irma continues to be assessed. Our thoughts are with the millions of people affected by the storm, and we are grateful to the first responders and emergency personnel. Cingo field operations continue to be suspended today, but our Customer Care Center is scheduled to resume phone operations on Tuesday at noon. They will be contacting customers with appointments to reschedule as quickly as possible.

As Hurricane Irma approaches, our team continues to prepare for the inclement weather expected in the coming days. We will continue to monitor conditions throughout the weekend. Safety for our teams throughout Georgia and South Carolina remains our top priority in these situations. We strive to make the most informed decisions regarding Cingo operations and the impact it has on customers.
