A letter from Allgood Pest CEO Lanny Allgood
CEO Lanny Allgood shared exciting news with customers and partners.
Over the next twelve months, our company will transition our business name from Allgood Pest Solutions to Cingo. Wow.
Why? For more than 20 years, two companies have operated in Georgia under the name Allgood – this Allgood company, based in Dublin, GA, and another one based in Duluth, GA. While that has served both well in terms of brand growth, our markets now overlap, and that is confusing.
Many times, a company name changes due to a sale. That is NOT the case with Cingo. Ownership resides solely with the Allgood family, as it has since its founding in 1974. Further, I remain CEO, which has been my role since 2004.
Cingo means to surround and secure, conveying our commitment to protect you from every single pest. Soon, you will see Cingo appear on our correspondence, apparel and trucks. Behind the new look, you will find the same people that led you to choose Allgood. You will also experience the same customer commitments, now with a name unique to us.
The Allgood brand has been a great company name, and we are proud of the success we have experienced with it over the past 40 years. The move to Cingo positions us for decades to come.
We value your business. Our entire team is excited about this change, and we stand ready to answer any questions.
Lanny Allgood, CEO
P.S. It's difficult to capture our enthusiasm for Cingo in a letter. We hope this video does just that.
